Welcome to Tammy’s Ocean City Beach Rentals! By booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, staff, and neighbors. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
1. Booking and Payment
- Reservations can be made via our website (https://tammysocbeachrentals.com) or by contacting us directly at +1 (443) 513-1150 or tammyoc1@yahoo.com.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- All rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact us to arrange.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled 30 or more days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable unless the property can be rebooked for the same dates.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Occupancy
- Each rental property has a maximum occupancy limit, which will be specified at the time of booking. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
- All guests, including children, count toward the occupancy total.
5. Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome at Tammy’s Ocean City Beach Rentals!
- All pets must be fully vaccinated, and proof of vaccination may be requested upon arrival.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages caused by their pets. An additional pet fee or damage charge may apply.
6. Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily out of respect for neighbors and other guests.
- Excessive noise during these hours may result in a warning or, in severe cases, eviction without refund.
7. No Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rental properties, including balconies, patios, and common areas.
- Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $250, plus additional charges for any damages caused.
8. Property Rules
- Guests are expected to treat the rental property with care and respect.
- Any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances must be reported immediately to Tammy’s Ocean City Beach Rentals. Guests may be held financially responsible for repairs or replacements due to misuse or negligence.
- Tammy’s Ocean City Beach Rentals is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
9. Compliance Notice
- All guests must comply with local laws, ordinances, and these Terms and Conditions during their stay. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.
10. Liability
- Tammy’s Ocean City Beach Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
- Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property, including but not limited to pools, stairs, and outdoor areas.
11. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or utility outages), Tammy’s Ocean City Beach Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide a full refund or reschedule your stay.
